The Atlanta Hawks are considering re-hiring Danny Ferry to be a senior advisor to newly promoted general manager Onsi Saleh, according to Marc Stein of The Stein Line.
With the Hawks currently looking for a new president of basketball operations, the team could also instead hire Ferry to be an experienced advisor next to Saleh.
The Hawks were reportedly considering Masai Ujiri and Alex Saratsis for the president of basketball operations role earlier in the month.
The team had also reached out to player agents to fill the position.
