Trae Young left the Atlanta Hawks’ 117-112 win over the Brooklyn Nets in the first quarter with a right knee sprain. Young had Mouhamed Gueye fall on his leg, which sent him crashing to the ground.
Young remained in the game after a timeout, but checked himself out after playing one possession. Young had six points in seven minutes before leaving with the injury.
Young went into the game averaging 20.8 points, 9.5 assists and 2.2 rebounds in 33.0 minutes over four games.
Quin Snyder ruled out an issue with Young’s ACL, but confirmed he will undergo an MRI.
