Rome looks to build off of last night’s 5-0 victory and have put Garrett Baumann on the mound. Garrett, who showed off an improved fastball in this year’s spring breakout game has seen diminished command this season but has added significant velocity to his fastball – showing him trying to find the right balance. Keep an eye out for EJ Exposito who is off to absolute rock start, after missing a few games to start the season. Bryson Horne’s steady play has resulted in him having one of his best starts to his professional career as the first baseman is now OPSing .861.

Luke Sinnard is on the mound for the GreenJackets looking to continue an extremely hot start to the season. Behind him remains the most promising group of position players the system has seen in a while with John Gil, Owen Carey, Eric Hartman, and Isaiah Drake. Colby Jones is showing off his versatility – playing third today while bigger bonus Carlos Monteverde looks to get things going.
