Hurston Waldrep is in action on Tuesday as it is the first time this season that all six Atlanta Braves affiliates are in action on the same day.
Gwinnett Stripers at Nashville Sound – 7:35 PM ET
Pitching Probables
NAS: TBD
GWI: Hurston Waldrep, 4-3 5.32 ERA
The Atlanta Braves top pitching prospect in action on Tuesday is starting for Gwinnett when Hurston Waldrep is pitching against Nashville. Waldrep has been better of late, though had some tough luck giving up eight runs in his last outing – only three of which were earned. Jarred Kelenic and Carlos Rodriguez are the top bats to watch for in the Stripers lineup.
Columbus Clingstones at Pensacola Blue Wahoos – 7:05 PM ET
Pitching Probables
COL: TBD
PEN: TBD
Columbus goes to Pensacola for this series, and with the recent hot streak from Geraldo Quintero, the Clingstones now have three prospects to keep an eye on. Of course the other two prospects of note are David McCabe and Ethan Workinger.
Rome Emperors at Greenville Drive – 6:45 PM ET
Pitching Probables
GRN: Adam Smith, 1-1 4.94 ERA
ROM: TBD
Rome heads on the road to Greenville and is facing Adam Smith on Tuesday. Ambioris Tavarez is the key guy to watch, but the recent strong play from Will Verdung and the solid play for much of the season from Patrick Clohisy have them as players worth watching a little closer.
Augusta GreenJackets vs Fayetteville Woodpeckers – 7:05 PM ET
Pitching Probables
AUG: Jacob Kroeger, 2-0 1.88 ERA
FAY: TBD
Augusta comes home to start a new series with Fayetteville on Tuesday night. Jacob Kroeger is taking the mound with his 1.88 ERA through 24 innings this season. However the Braves 10th round pick last year has only made one start so far, going five strong innings in his last time out. John Gil, Isaiah Drake, Owen Carey, and Nick Montgomery are all among the hitters opponents need to watch out for in this one.
FCL Orioles vs FCL Braves – 10 AM EST – Game 1
Pitching Probables
ORI: TBD
BRA: TBD
FCL Orioles vs FCL Braves – TBD – Game 2
Pitching Probables
ORI: TBD
BRA: TBD
The FCL Braves were rained out yesterday morning and are now playing a doubleheader against the Orioles team. Although each team is listed for being the home team in one game, the games are being held at the Braves park. Jose Perdomo and Juan Mateo remain the guys to watch in the FCL lineup.
DSL Braves at DSL Rays – 11 AM EST
Pitching Probables
RAY: TBD
BRA: TBD
The DSL Braves are back in action for their second game of the season on Tuesday. Top international signee Diego Tornes was hitless in four at bats with a walk in his professional debut on Monday. Some of the other prospects worth following in the DSL lineup are Elias Reyno, Yassel Garcia, Angel Carmona, Arlenn Manzanillo, and Manuel Campos. All of those players except Carmona were in the lineup for Monday’s loss, hitting in the first five spots in the lineup.
A second top international signee is also on the team in 16-year-old right hander Raudy Reyes, who already possesses a 102 MPH fastball, but the date when we see him make his debut is less known.
