Atlanta Braves news and notes from Tuesday.
The National League was victorious in the 2025 All-Star Game, and two Atlanta Braves were part of the win. Ronald Acuña Jr. and Matt Olson represented the Braves at this year’s All-Star Game, and though their playing time was limited, they each logged some nice plays.
Acuña Jr. finished his night with one hit, one run, and a strikeout. As for Olson, there was nothing going offensively, but he did pull off a nice play in the ninth inning.
The game ended in historic fashion with the first ever swing-off, and the National League took the crown.
The Braves have just a couple more days on break before the New York Yankees come to town for a three-game set.
