Another crazy win for the Braves on Monday.

If you are a fan of drama in baseball, the team for you is the Atlanta Braves.

Literally no team in MLB history has enjoyed/not enjoyed living on the edge as much as the Braves recently have.

The @Braves have alternated one-run losses and one-run wins in seven straight games.

Sure, it is a fun bit of history to have experienced, but for a team trying to get above .500, it can be less than ideal. And the for the Braves, it is the result of having one of the best pitching staffs in the game along with one of the worst offenses over the past few weeks. However, the offense looked better on Monday in the 4-3 win over the Nationals, which could be a signed of more positive things to come.

Braves News

The other major news for the Braves on Monday is that Ronald Acuna Jr. will be starting action in the Florida Complex league on Tuesday. His timetable is still to be determined, but the fact that the he is taking the first step is great to see. Also, Spencer Strider will throw a simulated game on Wednesday and then likely be on his official path back to the rotation from his hamstring injury.

Ian Anderson looked good over the weekend for Gwinnett.

After another outstanding play in centerfield, the spectacular from Michael Harris II is just the norm for his teammates.

As for tonight’s game, make sure to check out former Brave Mike Soroka make his return to Truist Park to face the Nationals.

MLB News

The Cardinals have won nine straight games, with Monday’s win coming thanks in part to Masyn Winn.

The Mets won on a walk-off sac fly from Pete Alonso, overcoming facing Paul Skenes in a win over the Pirates.

With Ian Happ injured, the Cubs are promoting one of their top prospects, Moises Ballesterous, to the majors.

Evan Longoria will sign a one-day contract with the Rays and officially retire later this season.
