Hey, what’s that in the punch bowl?
Over the weekend, the chatter across social media was that some A-List members (the name for individuals with full and partial season tickets) were relieved of that status for 2026. We’re also seeing reports of season ticket price increases out there as well.
The Braves are apparently raising A List season ticket pricing significantly for 2026, which I’m sure is going to go over super well

Right here, I would normally tell you what the Braves did. But I can’t substantiate anything that may or may not have happened. I’m not an “in the know” person or credentialed. This is straight “word on the street”. So let’s get that out of the way. I don’t know what’s up either way.
But there is a lot of noise that is too large to ignore. Apparently the Braves are increasing prices to their season ticket holders. These increases are in the neighborhood of 10-40%. Is it true? Not all true things cannot immediately be verified. And if it were, 24-hour news networks would have even less to talk about. The Braves have definitely been recruiting more A-List members, for what it’s worth.
This is where I would have a take. My take is raising prices substantially on the back of a season with not the worst Braves team, but is no question the team with the worst return on investment in its history is probably not the greatest idea. I follow European soccer, and it’s common to see ticket prices remain the same year-to-year regardless of the performance. But it’s America, and inflation/actual prices are way higher that anyone wants to admit on many things. The Braves won it all in 2021, and have made the playoffs since 2018. It’s not like we have long-suffering fans who have waited out years of incompetence. So I can see both sides here.
This is here for discussion and perhaps verification if you’re comfortable. We’ll hear you out.
