The Braves tweaked their lineup as the team is at a crisis point for 2025
Well the Braves lost yet another infuriating game on Friday and are now in a giant hole of their own making, with some bad luck for good measure. They are going to have to go on a huge hot streak at some point here to salvage the season and winning today will be a tall task.
Drake Baldwin gets the start, batting second, as it seems to be a roughly 50/50 timeshare between Baldwin and Murphy at this point, with both playing quite well this season. Meanwhile, Michael Harris gets bumped up to sixth in the lineup after a less catastrophic Friday night game from him than his recent performances at the plate have been. Verdugo drops down to eighth in Harris’ place, with Albies batting seventh and Allen batting ninth.

Meanwhile, the Giants make a couple tweaks, as Daniel Johnson enters the lineup playing center, with Jung Ho Lee getting a night off. Johnson bats leadoff in front of Wilmer Flores.
