The weekend is over, it’s time for another week and maybe another flurry of Braves moves
What’s new this week? The Dodgers signing Joe Kelly to a one-year deal, I guess. Actually, that amused me a lot. The Dodgers declined his $9.5 million option by paying him a $1 million buyout. Now, they signed him to an $8 million deal, after paying the buyout. Sure, there are CBT implications, but it’s still kind of funny — so many moves just to save essentially less than a league minimum salary.
