Can the Braves make it 6 out of 7 against New York?
The Braves have an opportunity to win another series against the Mets on Thursday night and conclude a 10-day stretch with six wins in seven tries against their NL East foes.
After suffering their first loss of the season to New York on Wednesday, Brian Snitker is sending out his usual batting order against Griffin Canning. Sean Murphy is back in the lineup and batting fifth, while Eli White gets a rare start against a righty. Michael Harris, who is now 125 plate appearances in without a walk, bats eighth.
Calling my shot: Murphy homers tonight.

As for the Mets, they’ll run their usual cast of characters out there after scoring seven runs last night. Grant Holmes will have his hands full against one of the better groups in the NL, especially at the top of the order.

First pitch tonight is 7:10 p.m. ET. After a couple of scorching hot days in New York, it’ll be a much cooler evening in the 70s. You can watch and listen to the game in all the usual places.
