The Braves will try to make it two straight wins Friday night against the Rays.

The Atlanta Braves are back at Truist Park Friday night where they will begin a three-game series against the Tampa Bay Rays. Chris Sale will get the start for Atlanta while Tampa will go with right-hander Zack Littell.

No surprises for the Braves’ lineup on Friday. Michael Harris is back in the leadoff spot. Sean Murphy will catch Chris Sale and hit sixth. This will be LIttell’s first career start against Atlanta. He has a 6.43 ERA in nine career relief appearances. All of those appearances came before joining the Rays.

For the Rays, Yandy Diaz leads off and will play first base. Diaz is 6-for-16 with two doubles and a triple in his career against Chris Sale. Randy Arozarena hits second and is 2-for-10 with a homer and five strikeouts against Atlanta’s lefty. Former Braves catcher Alex Jackson will be behind the plate and hitting ninth.

First pitch from Truist Park is scheduled for 7:20 p.m. ET and can be seen on Bally Sports Southeast.
