The Braves head to Tampa to face the Rays under the sun – and here’s how you can watch

It will be just like Spring Training but different.

The Atlanta Braves head to Florida to face the Tampa Bay Rays but it won’t be the first time the team has placed at the Rays’ stadium this year. With the Rays playing at George M. Steinbrenner Field in Tampa due to the hurricane damage at Tropicana Field, the Braves to return the stadium where they played the New York Yankees during Spring Training.

After winning the series against the Philadelphia Phillies in dramatic fashion after a rain delay halted action for several hours, Atlanta will begin their second road trip of the season by heading south before flying north of the border to take on the Toronto Blue Jays.

It has been a dreadful start to the season for Atlanta, but the Braves will look to carry the momentum they generated at home to the sunshine (hopefully) state.

Here are the start times for each of the games for the weekend series:

  • Friday, April 11 – 7:05PM EDT
  • Saturday, April 12 – 4:10PM EDT
  • Sunday, April 13 – 1:40PM EDT

FanDuel Sports Network – the re-branded version of Bally Sports – offers ways to stream the team’s games directly without having to be subscribed to cable or satellite services if you live in the Braves home market. FanDuel Sports Network has monthly and regular season plans that are available for as low as $99.99 for the season. More information on the FanDuel Sports Network services can be found here.
