The Braves will try to get the bats going Tuesday at Wrigley Field.
The Atlanta Braves will begin a six-game road trip Tuesday night at Wrigley Field against the Chicago Cubs. Charlie Morton will get the start for Atlanta while Chicago will go with right-hander Javier Assad.
Travis d’Arnaud returned to the lineup in the second game of Monday’s doubleheader and finished with three hits. He is back behind the plate and hitting fifth Tuesday. Michael Harris slots into the sixth spot in the order. Orlando Arcia is hitting seventh and is looking to shake out of a deep slump. Arcia is 10-for-57 with 11 strikeouts and two walks through 16 games in May.

The Cubs get a couple of injured players back in the lineup for Tuesday’s series opener. Dansby Swanson was reinstated from the injured list Tuesday and is back at shortstop. Nico Hoerner is also back in the lineup at second base. Hoerner hasn’t played since May 13 in Atlanta due to a hamstring issue.
First pitch Tuesday is scheduled for 7:40 p.m. ET and can be seen on Bally Sports South.
