Multiple choice slash choose your own adventure
Doing these daily questions after an off-day is always a bit tough since there’s nothing from the prior day to complain about. So, just a wee multiple choice deal today — the Braves are currently two games under .500. Their playoff odds are okay, but the standings look grim. So, what’s going to save them and deliver them unto the promised land of a playoff berth?
- The roster’s innate talent is good enough to make up any current deficit by the end of the season.
- Ronald Acuña Jr. hard carries the team by himself.
- Someone else (or a couple of someones) taps into their inner Acuña and carries the team.
- The Braves get on the same, 2019-2024 page offensively and laugh all the way to October.
- The Braves get on the same, new hitting approach page offensively after two months of it not clicking and laugh all the way to October as they “score runs in multiple ways” for the next four months.
- The Baseball Gods reverse the pitching staff’s HR/FB challenges and the Braves give up very few homers the rest of the way.
- Nothing that the Braves do, most other teams just get super-mediocre and the Braves squeak ahead.
- Nothing.
Have fun, I guess. I have my own thoughts on this but they’ll take some time to pull together. Plus, I need to, you know, work.
