Hawks Waive Charles Bassey, Lamont Butler

The Hawks have waived Charles Bassey and Lamont Butler, ESPN’s Ohm Youngmisuk tweets. The moves reduce the Hawks’ standard roster count to 14 players, one below the maximum.
