Georgia Tech already isn’t hosting, so they’re locked in as a #2 seed
At 12pm today, #16 Georgia Tech Baseball will find out where they are travelling to for the NCAA Tournament as a #2 seed after missing out on the top 16 hosting slots per yesterday’s announcement by the NCAA.

Last year, Tech went to Foley Field as a #3-seed, facing UNCW, Army, and UGA. Likely, the selection committee will not have Tech repeat regional locations, putting the many other southeastern locations in consideration. Tech is the first ACC Regular Season champion since the current format was instituted to not host a regional.
