Alabama Freshman Made The Catch Of The Year Against Georgia

Freshman Ryan Williams continues to be an unbelievable playmaker for the Crimson Tide.

In Saturday night’s primetime matchup vs. Georgia, the Alabama wideout hauled in a juggling catch that put Bama’s offense in the redzone with a chance to extend their sizable lead over their SEC rival.

In a year where we’ve already seen quite a few impressive catches, this one definitely ranks near the top.

Fans marveled at Williams’ play on social media.

“This dude is a problem,” a user said.

“That’s also with Malakai Starks matched up against him. This kid is ridiculous,” another replied.

“Bama bout to win the national championship,” a fan predicted.

“that’s [a] catch that will be remembered for a long time,” another person commented.

“The Jeremiah Smith vs Ryan Williams debates from now until their draft night is gonna be fun. Both freshman been ballin.”

“Going to be generational,” another user posted.

“This dude is nuts,” said Adam Gretz.

At just 17-years-old Williams has proven himself to be one of the most dynamic playmakers in the country. And with so much runway left, the sky’s really the limit for what he can be going forward.

The Crimson Tide lead UGA 33-15 with the fourth quarter already underway. They’ll look for a few more highlights out of No. 2 before this one is over.
