There have been a lot of culprits in Georgia’s ongoing 33-15 deficit against SEC rival Alabama, but Bulldogs quarterback Carson Beck is one of the biggest as his lack of accuracy and decision-making have made it extremely hard for them to get back into the game.
In the first quarter the Bulldogs only had the ball for 10 plays but one of those plays was a costly interception from Beck that Alabama turned into a touchdown. Things got only slightly better as Beck was able to lead Georgia to their first touchdown of the game, only to throw an interception on the next drive and take a sack for a safety on the drive after that. Early in the fourth quarter, Beck committed yet another turnover as a sack resulted in a fumble that Alabama recovered.

Fans have been calling for Beck to be benched for the better part of several hours now:
“Carson Beck needs to be benched,” one user wrote.
“Kirby wtf man why you not taking Carson beck out bruh this shi is bad,” wrote another.
“Carson Beck might get benched. This pressure is intense but he clearly can’t handle it,” a third remarked.
About the only good thing Beck has done is partially dig Georgia out of this massive hole that they’ve found themselves in.
