We’re mere moments away from kickoff in a sold out Sanford Stadium. A few pregame items of note:
* For the second week in a row Drew Bobo appears to be your starter at center based on pregame warm ups. This despite the fact that Jared Wilson is no longer listed on the injury report.
* Speaking of which, defensive tackle Jordan Hall is also not listed on the final injury report, indicating that he will be available.
* Smael Mondon however is definitely still out with the lower body injury that had him in a boot last week.
* Freshman tailback Chauncey Bowens is also not dressed out today. Bowens has 6 Carrie’s for 20 yards on the season and seems to be solidly fifth in the tailback rotation.
* Colbie Young is suspended indefinitely while the legal situation stemming from his arrest on domestic violence charges earlier this week gets worked out.
this would be a good day for the Georgia offense to find its rhythm and the bulldog defense to play some solid assignment, football and tackle well prior to next weeks big showdown in Austin against Texas.
