On Saturday morning ESPN’s College GameDay kicked off a stacked weekend of college football from the University of Georgia.
The Bulldogs have a massive showdown against Ole Miss, which has proved itself to be one of the best in college football. It will be the biggest test of the season thus far for Kirby Smart and company.
As Georgia and Ole Miss prepare for the game, the GameDay crew is breaking down the action. Fans favorites Kirk Herbstreit and Lee Corso were back in action, but it was a different member of the broadcast making headlines today.
Well, he’s kind of part of the broadcast. Herbie brought his dog Ben with him and it was clear he was born to be a star. Ben was spotted getting some love from the Georgia cheerleaders this morning.
“While I’m on air with @CollegeGameDay looks like Ben is making friends,” Herbstreit joked.

Herbstreit already said he’s hoping to have Ben meet Georgia’s live mascot Uga. “Gonna happen. Biggest goal for tomorrow,” he said.
Dogs are the best.
