Terrell went to the medical tent for evaluation and is questionable to return to the contest.
Falcons cornerback AJ Terrell has left Falcons vs. Jets with an injury. He’s entered the medical tent for evaluation.
The injury occurred when Jets RB Breece Hall’s helmet made contact with the back of Terrell’s helmet on a routine tackle. The Falcons confirmed he was being evaluated for a concussion and he will not return to the game. Clark Phillips has entered the game to take over for Terrell.
Terrell was able to walk off the field under his own power, which is encouraging.
Good to see AJ Terrell walk off under his own power after a big hit had him down on the field for a bit. They’re taking him into the blue tent. pic.twitter.com/RrRnjuYu9i
