The Atlanta Falcons waived/injured defensive lineman Deadrin Senat on Sunday, according to the NFL’s transaction wire. Senat, a third-round pick out of South Florida back in 2018, failed to make an impact over his three seasons in large part due to injuries.

The 27-year-old played in 22 games for the Falcons, recording 34 tackles, four QB hits and a fumble recovery. If no other team claims Senat, he’ll end up back on Atlanta’s injured reserve list.
