At long last, we’ve made it to draft week. It’s been a little bit of a lackluster offseason for the Atlanta Falcons. Free agency didn’t bring the answers the team needed, at least in part due to limited salary cap space. Those limited resources extend to the 2025 NFL Draft, where the Falcons have just five picks—two of which are seventh rounders.
That being said, Atlanta is in a pretty ideal spot at pick 15 in a deep class. They’ll have their choice of good players, but also could be a top trade-up candidate for teams looking to jump up for a specific player. Whether Atlanta is able to pull off a trade is another story, but they’re certainly going to be trying to acquire additional picks.
All that leads to an exciting draft weekend for Atlanta, and we’ll once again by hosting our annual Falcons Draft Party on Falcoholic Live. Kevin Knight and Adnan Ikic will be live through all three days of the 2025 NFL Draft, bringing you live coverage of the event from a Falcons-centric perspective. We’ll also have a pretty steady stream of guests from around the media joining us throughout.
