The talented second-year lineman is hopefully okay.
Marlon Davidson has been a quality addition to the defense this year, leaving behind an injury-marred rookie season to become a contributor. I’ve been looking forward to seeing him build on that and realize his potential for a defense that needs that.
Unfortunately, Davidson is hurt, and he exited the game against the Giants.

The good news is that it doesn’t appear to be the kind of thing that will knock Davidson out for a long time, as he’s questionable to return.

The Falcons need Davidson’s physicality and ability along their defensive line to keep putting together solid performances on defense, and more than that, I just want to see a guy who didn’t get much of a shake his rookie year get every opportunity to excel. We’ll keep you updated on the injury and hope he returns in this one.
The Falcons, meanwhile, head into halftime up 7-6. Let’s hope that result holds, too.
