Week 18 of the 2023 NFL season is here! With no actual Thursday or Monday night games this week, we’ve got all the action condensed into Saturday and Sunday for the first time all season. This week’s slate looks good on paper, but there are quite a few teams resting starters—which throws a bit of a wrench into the picks.
There are still a number of important games. The Indianapolis Colts and Houston Texans play for the final Wild Card spot in the AFC—and potentially the AFC South title, depending on the Jacksonville Jaguars’ game against the Tennessee Titans. There’s also a critical AFC East matchup between the Buffalo Bills and Miami Dolphins on Sunday Night Football.
Before we get to the picks, let’s check in on our staff standings.
Jeanna Kelley holds onto first place at 65% with a two-game lead over Kevin Knight (64%). This one could come down to the wire. Aaron Freeman is in third at 63%, with Dave Choate (61%) and Will McFadden (58%) filling out the rest of the top-5.
Speaking of Week 18, here are the staff’s picks. As more writers join in, they’ll appear in the picks below.
